Print Anywhere Wireless Printing

The Fairview Heights Public Library provides wireless printing from laptops, tablets, and smartphones.

Documents can be submitted from anywhere and picked up at the library. We are able to offer this service even if the library is closed to inside traffic due to COVID-19. Please utilize one of the three methods below to send your print job.

We request that you call ahead (618-489-2070) prior to picking up your print job now that we are currently lobby pickup only.  Staff will need to retrieve the print out for you, and this will require that you have the email address the print job was sent from.

Printing cost is 10¢ per black-and-white page and 50¢ per color page. Submitted print jobs will expire after 3 days if not picked-up.

There are three ways to send your documents to the Library’s printers:

1. Web Portal Method

The library has a separate wireless printing web portal with its own web address. You can upload documents or photos through the web portal for printing. This is best used from a laptop or desktop computer. A prompt will appear on the screen that says your request was processed successfully.

Please go to www.printeron.net/fhpl/library to get started.

2. E-mail Address Method

Each wireless printer at our library has its own e-mail address.  To print an email message or attachment, simply forward or send an email to the desired address below. You will receive an email that your print jobs are ready to be accessed. It is easiest to copy and paste the email addresses below into the TO: line of your own email account. This is best used from a laptop or desktop computer.

Black and White Printer:  fhpl-bw@printspots.com

Color Printer:  fhpl-color@printspots.com

3. Mobile Apps Method

Our mobile printing apps provide more features and flexibility when printing from your mobile device.  To learn more, visit www.printeron.com/apps or search for the keyword PrinterOn in the app store for your device.

Printing apps are currently available for iOS, Android, and Nook.
